Amisha + Gaurav // I'm out that Brooklyn, now I'm down in Tribeca

As a wedding planner in New York City, I had the pleasure of working with Amisha and Gaurav to plan their two-day wedding celebration. The couple wanted to incorporate both of their cultural backgrounds into the festivities, with Amisha being Gujarati and Gaurav being Punjabi. The celebration kicked off with a welcome party at a restaurant, which set the tone for the rest of the weekend.

The Wedding Day. On the day of the wedding, the couple and their guests gathered at the Tribeca rooftop for the main event. The venue provided an incredible backdrop of the New York City skyline, which added an extra level of excitement to the day.

One of the highlights of the wedding was the baraat, which took place on a double decker bus. The bus made its way through the streets of New York City, with the groom and his family dancing and celebrating as they made their way to the venue. The baraat was an unforgettable experience for everyone involved.

The ceremony itself was a beautiful blend of Gujarati and Punjabi traditions. The mandap was decorated with vibrant colors and flowers, and the couple exchanged garlands as part of the ceremony. One of the most memorable moments of the ceremony was when the couple exchanged vows with the stunning New York City skyline as their backdrop. The views were absolutely breathtaking and created an unforgettable experience for everyone.
