A Beautiful Fusion Wedding: Anurag & Amanda's Two-Day Celebration
At Mint To Be Events, we specialize in creating unforgettable memories for our couples, and Anurag and Amanda's fusion wedding was no exception. The blending of two cultures and traditions made for a truly unique and beautiful event, and we were honored to be a part of it.
Day 1: A Catholic Wedding & Sangeet Celebration
The first day of Anurag and Amanda's wedding kicked off with a beautiful Catholic ceremony at a stunning church. The couple exchanged their vows surrounded by the love and support of their friends and family, bringing together both of their backgrounds in a meaningful way.
Following the heartfelt ceremony, the festivities continued with a lively Sangeet celebration at the rooftop of the Hyatt Place Seaport in Boston. The Sangeet, a traditional pre-wedding event in Indian culture, was full of vibrant colors, energetic performances, and laughter that filled the air. Guests mingled and danced the night away with the stunning Boston skyline as their backdrop, setting the stage for the events to come on day two.
Day 2: A Fusion of Traditions at Granite Links
The second day of Anurag and Amanda's wedding took place at the picturesque Granite Links, where the couple had their first look before the festivities began. The excitement was palpable as they saw each other for the first time, dressed in their stunning wedding attire.
The day's events kicked off with the Baraat, a lively procession led by the groom, Anurag, and his family. With the beats of the dhol and the contagious energy of the guests, we managed to dodge the rain by mere minutes, making the procession a truly memorable experience.
Following the Baraat was the Hindu ceremony, which beautifully incorporated traditional Indian customs and rituals. Anurag and Amanda were surrounded by their loved ones as they took part in the sacred rites, signifying the joining of their lives together.
After the ceremony, guests enjoyed a cocktail hour, during which they had the opportunity to mingle, take in the stunning views, and indulge in delicious hors d'oeuvres. The day's events culminated in a dinner and dance reception, where guests were treated to a sumptuous meal and an evening of non-stop dancing. The incredible DJs from Boston Sound and Light Company kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long.
Throughout the entire event, Move Mountain Studios captured every special moment with their exceptional photography skills, ensuring that Anurag and Amanda will have beautiful memories to cherish for years to come.
