You can choose to coordinate your own form of transportation, however as part of Hard Rock package, there is a discounted shuttle rate. Please find more information about shuttles in the booking link below. Please indicate in your RSVP if you are electing the shuttle option.

Before you Book
At Mint To Be Events, we want to ensure that all of our guests have the best possible experience at our destination events. To that end, we require that all guests book their hotel accommodations through the room block that we have set up with the venue. This allows us to manage the guest list and ensure that everyone who attends has access to the formal events and event-related perks. If you choose to book your rooming through a third-party site, you may not have access to these events and may be subject to an event attendance fine.
So please, be sure to book your hotel through the room block to ensure that you can fully enjoy all of the festivities and celebrations with the birthday girl.
There is a 3 night minimum for the room block. Any variations will void the discounted pricing below. However if you can only make it to a portion of the celebration, our planner, Tanvi (Tanvi@mint2bevents.com) can help make arrangements.
