You can choose to coordinate your own form of transportation, however we have secured complimentary shuttles for all guests staying 4 nights or more. If you are a guest staying 4+ nights, please do not select the any shuttle option during the booking process as we will provide you details of the shuttle process closer to the event. Please note, some baggage restrictions may apply.

Before you Book
At Mint To Be Events, we want to ensure that all of our guests have the best possible experience at our destination weddings. To that end, we require that all guests book their hotel accommodations through the wedding room block that we have set up with the venue. This allows us to manage the guest list and ensure that everyone who attends has access to the formal events and wedding-related perks. If you choose to book your rooming through a third-party site, you may not have access to these events and may be subject to an event attendance fine.
So please, be sure to book your hotel through the wedding room block to ensure that you can fully enjoy all of the festivities and celebrations with the happy couple.

There is a 3 night minimum for the wedding room block at the Sunrise section of the Moon Palace Resort where all the events are to be held. However, we only have this room block available starting on December 13, 2025. If you plan on arriving earlier than December 13th, there are currently no rooms available prior to December 13 due to a buyout in this section of the resort.
We have secured a room block at the Grand section for those guests wanting to come prior to December 13th. You can choose to stay at Grand for the full duration of the stay, however the pricing is more favorable at Sunrise. In this case, you are most welcomed to create two separate bookings should you want to arrive prior to 12/13, and then move rooms to Sunrise starting on 12/13 itself.

Things to Know

How long will it take to get to the resort from the airport?By the time you get your luggage, getting through the various channels at the airport, and then getting on your shuttle, it will take you approximately 2 hours before you are at the check in desk at the resort. You will need to make sure you have a valid passport with the recommended timeframe of the expiration date. When using shuttle service for your transportation to and from the airport, please refrain from other taxi and shuttle services trying to sell their services. Please find the sign for your shuttle service. Please contact the host or our planner, Tanvi (508-717-9040) with any questions.

What does the "all inclusive" include?The minute you check-in, you are provided a wrist band giving you exclusive access to your all inclusive. Please visit the resort website for the latest all inclusive offerings

Will my smart phone work at the resort?If you are using your cellular service, please contact your provider to understand what is included in your plan if you wanted your phone to work in the country. Once in the resort, most areas have strong wifi, and you can use your smart phone over wifi. The Whatsapp app is generally the most common app to text and make calls. You can also use your room phone to call USA and Canada numbers free of charge.

What is the weather like?It's the TROPICS; it's HOT! There will be some attire guidelines for each event that we will identify in the timeline. However, please pack according to the weather. Pack plenty of sunscreen. Buying it in the resort is awfully expensive, so plan on packing it before you come.

When can I check-in and when is check-out?Check in time is 3pm typically, and check out is at noon. You are welcomed to stay longer on the day of your departure beyond noon, but you will have to gather your belongings from the room and have the front desk hold your luggage. Please note, you will have to confirm your return shuttle at a kiosk in the lobby of your resort. Our planner will assist you.
