BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
 

• Select the dates for your stay (The dates for events are 3/7/24 thru 3/10/24).

• You can choose to book your airfare separately.

• The host will be providing airport shuttle transfers to and from the airport and Hard Rock Cabo during the booking process. 

• Please carefully read the cancelation policies below and select your trip insurance selection accordingly

• Reservations are non-transferable at any time.

ROOM RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATION POLICIES:

• Each guest participant will be responsible for securing his/her own reservations by booking online via a link provided. The link will be provided once the signed contract and deposit have been received.

• Individual Reservations made through wholesalers will not be credited towards contracted room block or towards the calculation of amenities. Surcharges may apply.

• Reservations must be secured with a MasterCard or Visa credit card valid up to date of departure.

• Only one credit card will be accepted as payment for each reservation.

• Attendees will be charged a $200 per room deposit of total stay at time of booking.

• Cancellations received 90 days to 61 days prior to arrival deposit is non- refundable.

• Cancellations received 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival 50% of the total room revenue will be assessed.

• Cancellations within 30 days of travel, the booking is non-refundable.

• Final payment: 60 days prior to arrival charged on the credit card used at the time of booking. Note: You can edit the booking and modify the payment method at any time.

• Each attendee is responsible for his/her own room and incidental charges

• The Hotel accepts American Express, MasterCard and Visa credit cards, travellers’ checks and cash. Personal checks are not accepted at the Hotel.

• Children under 4 are free
