Before you Book
At Mint To Be Events, we want to ensure that all of our guests have the best possible experience at our destination weddings. To that end, we require that all guests book their travel accommodations through the wedding room block that we have set up with the venue. This allows us to manage the guest list and ensure that everyone who attends has access to the formal events and wedding-related perks. If you choose to book your travel through a third-party site, you may not have access to these events and may be subject to an event attendance fine.
So please, be sure to book your travel through the wedding room block to ensure that you can fully enjoy all of the festivities and celebrations with the happy couple.
There is a 3 night minimum for the wedding room block. Any variations will void the discounted pricing below. However if you can only make it to a portion of the celebration, our planner, Tanvi (Tanvi@mint2bevents.com) can help make arrangements.

Things to Know

How long will it take to get to the resort from the airport?By the time you get your luggage, getting through the various channels at the airport, and then getting on your shuttle, it will take you approximately 2 hours before you are at the check in desk at the resort. You will need to make sure you have a valid passport with the recommended timeframe of the expiration date. When using shuttle service for your transportation to and from the airport, please refrain from other taxi and shuttle services trying to sell their services. Please find the sign for your shuttle service. Please contact the host or our planner, Tanvi (508-717-9040) with any questions.

What does the "all inclusive" include?The minute you check-in, you are provided a wrist band giving you exclusive access to your all inclusive. Please visit the resort website for the latest all inclusive offerings

Will my smart phone work at the resort?If you are using your cellular service, please contact your provider to understand what is included in your plan if you wanted your phone to work in the country. Once in the resort, most areas have strong wifi, and you can use your smart phone over wifi. The Whatsapp app is generally the most common app to text and make calls. You can also use your room phone to call USA and Canada numbers free of charge.

What is the weather like?It's the TROPICS; it's HOT! There will be some attire guidelines for each event that we will identify in the timeline. However, please pack according to the weather. Pack plenty of sunscreen. Buying it in the resort is awfully expensive, so plan on packing it before you come.

When can I check-in and when is check-out?Check in time is 3pm typically, and check out is at noon. You are welcomed to stay longer on the day of your departure beyond noon, but you will have to gather your belongings from the room and have the front desk hold your luggage. Please note, you will have to confirm your return shuttle at a kiosk in the lobby of your resort. Our planner will assist you.
